Local drafts and checklists

The composer processes entered text in your browser. Its script does not submit drafts, use analytics events, store the text in localStorage or send it to a server. Checklist selections are also held only in the current page. Browser restoration, extensions, device backups and shared-device access are outside this script’s control.

Copying places the preview in your device’s clipboard, which may be accessible to other applications according to your settings. Downloading creates a plain-text file under your control. Clearing the composer does not erase an exported file, an existing clipboard copy or a separately sent message.

Requests to the website

Your browser must request pages, styles, scripts and local images from the hosting service. That service may process technical information such as an IP address, request time, requested URL, user-agent information and error details for delivery, security and operation. These pages do not specify a hosting provider or a fixed server-log retention period, and do not claim that visits are anonymous.

Email you choose to send

If you email us separately, the email service processes the message and ordinary delivery metadata. We may use the information to read, respond to or investigate your enquiry and maintain a necessary correspondence record. This is not a channel for employee health records, confidential incident reports or urgent safety decisions.

No fixed response or deletion deadline is promised here. Ask about access, correction or deletion using the contact address; applicable rights and exceptions depend on your jurisdiction and the information held. Do not send identity documents unless a proportionate verification method has first been agreed.

Storage, links and changes

The supplied page script contains no advertising, analytics or third-party embeds. See the cookie notice for the distinction between page features and deployment-level consent controls. External links take you to separately operated websites with their own privacy practices.

Use appropriate security on your device and avoid entering sensitive data. No website or email system can promise absolute security. This notice may be revised when site features or operational arrangements change; review it before sharing information.
